Is this a one-time payment or a monthly payment?

Both joining options are on-going subscriptions until cancelled. They are not one time payments.

There are two subscription options. You can choose to pay a monthly subscription fee or an annual subscription fee. Your credit card will automatically be billed monthly until cancelled, if you join on the monthly subscription. Your credit card will automatically be billed every 12 months until cancelled, if you join on the annual subscription.

Refund Policy

There is a 30-day money back guarantee on both monthly and annual subscriptions. After your initial 30-day period refunds will only be issued if there are extenuating circumstances. Should you find yourself in extenuating circumstances please contact the program manager by email at support@emergenceeducation.com

What happens when you cancel your membership

If you do choose to cancel your membership subscription, you will continue to have access to The Mystery School platform until the end of you last payment period.

If you have a monthly subscription, your access will end one month from your last payment.

If you have an annual subscription, your access will end at the end of the 12 months.

Both monthly and annual subscriptions come with a 30-day money back guarantee, which means you have 30 days from your joining date to cancel with a full refund.

How to cancel your membership
