I devoted my life to spiritual practice and the pursuit of enlightenment in 1992. In 2005 I began teaching meditation and spiritual awakening online and on retreats. I am the author of 27 books about meditation and mystical philosophy. I teach a form of meditation called The Art of Conscious Contentment and have become a prominent and respected teacher to thousands of people throughout the world.
